I am a psychologist, and since 2016 my work has focused primarily on couples counselling and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I established Suhteharmoonia with the aim of providing couples with professional, evidence-based support, and working with couples has made up the majority of my practice over the past ten years.
I believe that personal well-being and close relationships are deeply interconnected. My work is primarily informed by attachment theory and the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy, while adapting my approach to the unique needs of each individual and couple.
In recent years, alongside my clinical work, I have taught psychology in an international educational setting and have also served as a guest lecturer at a university. Teaching helps me maintain a broader evidence-based perspective and stay informed about contemporary developments across different areas of psychology.
I consider ongoing professional development essential and regularly continue my education in both couples therapy and other areas of psychology. You can find more detailed information about my education and professional training further down on this page.
